If you are unable to call customer care then just send the SMS as PLEASE UNBAR MY 121 and send it to 121 .Customer care officers will unbar your number within 24 hours.

I bought an airtel recharge card i scratch it and i lost one of the digit on trying to load, i was barred from the service.I called customer care all to no avail.please.

You have one way to call your Airtel Customer Care.Just take your friend’s airtel mobile mobile from his pocket(with Permission) and call 198 you will be directly connected to airtel Complaint Department.
