SMS 3G LIFE to 53333
When your message is delivered to them then you will get confirmation message says 3G service is activated on the number.With it you will also get WAP Push for the accessing the 3G.
Now enjoy Tata Docomo 3G.Make sure you have selected the network mode UMTS or HSDPA to enjoy 3G speed.

You are the only person saying Airtel is providing free 3G data for Rs 149 .Sorry Docomo doesn’t have this type of plan.

after activating 3G can i start video calling without using any software.
Sorry,you need Additional application to make make video call on your Android mobile.I don’t know whether your need is possible on other mobile OS.
