You may deactivate the 3G & GPRS service by either calling 121 from your Tata Docomo number or simply contacting them by using live chat Support.I recommend you to use Live chat Support for deactivation of the service.

when i called 121 for deactivating 3g, they told me to call 12525, when i called 12525 and tried to speak to agents, they asked me to press 9, when i pressed 9, they said it not a valid input, strange ….
